Fluffy Tofu Pancakes

Plate of pancakes
Description
These protein rich tofu pancakes made with yeast are very airy and fluffy. To get the best taste out of these fluffers, a buttery star anise and vanilla syrup is combined and drizzled on top. You could also use a small can of beer and put in half the amount of milk in this recipe to speed up fermentation.
