Gummy Berry Fruit Shake

Description

All these years they have lied to you. To make an icecold refreshing milkshake you do not need a freezer. Icecream which contains lots of sugar and fat is also very unnecessary to make and enjoy a good milkshake. This is a very simple recipe to make and just contains milk, fruit, beetroot and some sugar.



Two tablespoons of jam and 30 grams of icing sugar on 2 liters of milk is nothing compaired to the amounts of sugar that are put in most icecream desserts. You can make al sorts of milkshakes the same way as this recipe. Just switch the strawberry jam and fruit for chocolate or banana. Have a different kind of shake every day of the week.

Ingredients
  • 4 beetroots
  • 2 l soja milk
  • 1 sweet apple
  • 1 lime
  • 1 kiwi
  • 30 g ginger
  • 30 g icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 1 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
Instructions

    1. Peel the apple, ginger and beetroots.

    2. Cook the beetroots in a layer of water for about 80 minutes with the cinnamon stick. Allow them to cool.

    3. Grate the beetroots, ginger, kiwi, apple and squeeze the lime. You can also put everything in a blender.

    4. Add ice cold soja milk to the mixture and stir the icing sugar, two tablespoons of strawberry jam and a gram of vanilla sugar into the milk.

    5. Poor the Gummy bear fruit shake in a glass, cup or container et voilà your fruity vitamin shake is served chilled.
