Zuchinni Gorgonzola

Description

A very simple recipe full of flavor and juice. Cheese can be melted on top. You can use a white cheese like goat cheese, feta or cream cheese. Zuchinni's taste best with gorgonzola and thyme or basil. This recipe describes the preparation of one zucchinni cut in two. The 100 g. of cheese and bunch of thyme can be used for many servings.

Ingredients
  • 1 Zuchinni
  • 2 garlic or onion stems
  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 1 bunch of thyme
Instructions
  1. 1
    1. Fire up the grill or BBQ. Wash the zuchinni's and cut them in half. Make 2 deep cuts in each half, dont cut through the outside peel .

    2. Press some garlic or onion stems inside the cuts. Cover with slices of cheese and sprinkle some pepper and salt on top.

    3. Place them on the grill for about 15-30 minutes et voilà, bon appétit, your in culinairy heaven!
